James Evershed is the CEO of Hudson Technology, a Toronto-based Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) with a 17-year track record of delivering trusted IT solutions. A pioneer in the managed services industry, James has built his career on anticipating the evolving needs of businesses and shaping Hudson into a partner that empowers clients to thrive in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
Under his leadership, Hudson has grown from a regional IT provider into a trusted partner for organizations across North America. James is recognized for his ability to blend deep technical expertise with long-term strategic vision, ensuring that Hudson’s services remain at the forefront of cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and IT management.

President and Co-Founder
Daniel Zborovski has over 25 years of experience leading and mentoring security, technical and programming teams.Daniel has managed complex security and IT projects for thousands of clients in legal, healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. Many clients look to Daniel’s security expertise to perform CyberSecurity risk reviews and GAP Assessments against frameworks such as HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC2, and NIST 853.
Known to be a masterful specialist and practitioner of the ever shifting and expanding world of technology and security, Daniel is extremely knowledgeable with a unique ability to translate technology to non-tech people.
Daniel has successfully led sales, acquisitions, and integrations of multiple technology companies.
A tech evangelist to anyone that will listen, Daniel regularly speaks on panel discussions and keynote addresses to countless IT Professionals, Business owners and Executives. Daniel is also the architect of multiple award-winning products and services.
CTO and Co-Founder
Shawn brings over 15 years of experience in a broad range of systems, infrastructure and solutions delivery across diverse industries and complex environments. He is responsible for Data Centre Architecture and Maintenance to support the delivery of Hudson’s Cloud Hosting Services and Disaster Recovery Services.
Controller
Barbara brings over two decades of accounting leadership to the team and has been involved with the finance and operation of Hudson since the very beginning. Barbara has been instrumental in the company’s growth and overall fiscal health. She brings a wealth of understanding and experience in both Human Resources and corporate culture.

With 20+ years of experience in the Managed Services and Software worlds, Michelle brings to the table an extensive knowledge base, a proven track record of building and managing robust sales and customer success teams, and a deeply rooted passion for developing long-term client relationships.
Chairman
Mr. Evershed is a Managing Partner at PointNorth Capital, an advisory and investment management company focused on non-bank credit opportunities. Philip joined CIBC in 1990 and eventually became Co-Head of Investment Banking and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2005, Philip co-founded Genuity Capital Markets and after its sale in 2010, he became Global Head of Investment Banking at Canaccord Genuity. Prior to joining CIBC, Philip was Chief of Staff to the Deputy Prime Minister of Canada and Minister of Privatization. Philip serves on the Boards of Verticalscope Inc and Iogen Corporation. He is also currently a member of the FOC at Torstar Corporation. He has served on the Boards of Sirius XM ( Canada), Bird Global and Canaccord Genuity.
Senior Account Manager
Mimi has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Managing the relationships with most of Hudson’s vendors in the IT channel, Mimi is also our resident software licensing expert. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with clients and working collaboratively to achieve their goals.
Director - Administration
During her 10-year career with Hudson, Shannon has gained an intimate knowledge of our internal workflows and processes. She works closely with the Finance Team and brings a fastidious approach to data management and billing. Shannon collaborates with all departments to enhance Hudson’s efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
Technical Lead
Andy’s career in the MSP industry spans more than a decade. Working with clients to design IT solutions that meet and exceed their expectations, he also helps to mentor and develop Hudson’s Technical Team. Andy has extensive experience in data centre maintenance and is a vital escalation point for critical issues rising from our HelpDesk, as well as overseeing highly complex projects.

Sally has been an account manager since 2018 and has worked in multiple industries. Prior experience includes NetPrintShip, Nua Office and Business Interiors (Ontario) Inc.
Director of Sales
Neil Coutinho is Director of Sales at Hudson Technology, where he works with business leaders who want a clear, trusted path about IT and cybersecurity.
Neil has spent more than 20 years in business-to-business technology sales, partnering with some of the top Fortune 500 companies in the mobility, wireline, cloud and managed services space. Over the years, he has helped hundreds of organizations standardize, secure and connect their environments, while building relationships that have outlasted multiple technology refreshes and leadership changes.
What clients tend to notice first is that Neil translates technical jargon into plain language and focuses on reducing risk while making sure every project has a clear business outcome.
At Hudson, Neil leads sales and strategy for the company’s managed IT and cybersecurity services across North America. He works closely with owners, executives and IT leaders to design support and security programs that match where their business is today and where they would like to be in the future.
