Paul has a proven record for transforming organizations into high performers through the application of technology and process.
Andy’s career in the MSP industry spans more than a decade. Working with clients to design IT solutions that meet and exceed their expectations, he also helps to mentor and develop Hudson’s Technical Team. Andy has extensive experience in data centre maintenance and is a vital escalation point for critical issues rising from our HelpDesk, as well as overseeing highly complex projects.
Our Help Desk is managed by Shannon Master. In addition to being part of the Account Management team, Shannon oversees the ticketing process and dispatching. Always keeping the customer’s needs in mind, she ensures that all issues are handled quickly and efficiently. Shannon brings with her a degree in Psychology.
