This “Terms of Use” agreement is applicable to Hudson Technology’s public website and Client Support Portal.

This website is owned and operated by Hudson Technology (“Hudson”, which for the purposes of these terms of use includes its employees, representatives and agents). By accessing or using this website in any way, including use of any services, downloading of any materials, or merely browsing the site, you agree to be and are bound by these “terms of use”.

Material from this site may not be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way, except to download or print copies of site materials for personal, non-commercial use. Privacy Policy

This privacy policy is applicable to Hudson Technology’s public website and Client Support Portal.

Any personal information (information that identifies an individual) collected by Hudson Technology (“Hudson”), via our public website, is collected for the purpose of serving our existing and potential client base. By completing a form on our website, you are consenting to be contacted by Hudson by telephone, email or other means, as well as agreeing to receive information on Hudson Technology’s products, services, programs, events, etc. Information collected via Hudson’s Client Support Portal is required for the purposes of communication, troubleshooting, repairs and other similar tasks. Hudson respects all existing anti-spam laws and anyone who wishes to no longer be part of our mailing list may email a removal request to “info@hudsontechnology.ca”. Note: removal may take up to two weeks. Furthermore, Hudson does not rent, sell or trade any information to outside individuals or organizations.

Access to personal information is restricted to authorized Hudson personnel who require personal information to disseminate Hudson publications, bulletins and updates. All Hudson personnel handling this information have been briefed on our privacy policy and procedures. Hudson is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of the personal information it collects and the privacy of the individuals who share their personal information. Your information is kept secure via a secure database with restricted access and 24 hour monitoring.

Individuals can contact Hudson’s Privacy Officer via email at: “info@hudsontechnology.ca” to make an inquiry about the management of their information, if they have concerns about the management of their information that they would like Hudson to investigate, or for further information on Hudson’s privacy policy and procedures. Emails submitted to Hudson become property of Hudson.

Hudson’s website uses cookies to enhance visitors’ browsing experience. While these cookies may store information, such as browser type and IP Address, they are in no way attached to personally identifying information such as a visitor’s name, email address or phone number. These cookies are also stored on a secure web-server and are kept for no longer than one year.
