He is responsible for Data Centre Architecture and Maintenance to support the delivery of Hudson's Cloud Hosting Services and Disaster Recovery Services.
With over two decades starting, owning and running businesses, Mr. Techner has served in leadership positions at multi-national companies in the manufacturing, marketing & design and software development sectors. Sam listens to our clients, translates their requirements and leads the Hudson team to meet their needs.
Our Help Desk is managed by Shannon Brown. In addition to being part of the Account Management team, Shannon oversees the ticketing process and dispatching. Always keeping the customer’s needs in mind, she ensures that all issues are handled quickly and efficiently. Shannon brings with her a degree in Psychology.
